    Amen to all these reasons! One of the most underrated gand for working out in thr gym for me is the social side of it. Like you start interacting with people in the same group classes as you or the regulars you begin sharing the same space in thr gym with. Overtime they become friends and the next thing you’re doing other things with them outside of the gym. You become closer to your community that way (if it’s your local gym.)
