Life-changing ways to de-stress and reduce your anxiety

The Life-Changing ways to de-stress and reduce your anxiety start here.

But first…

Stress is a common thing that everyone goes through. Many different things cause stress for different people. You have to be able to identify what causes stress for you. Its something you can’t do anything much about if you don’t know the reason behind it. There can be any reason for this; either way, you need to start thinking of a way to schedule some time for yourself. Focus more on solving the problem and not focus on the issue and dwell on the problem.

1. Take a 10-minute walk or go to the gym (if you go) – My Top of Life-Changing ways to de-stress

Exercise is one of my best way for me to relieve stress. But let me tell you this, it is not for everyone because not everyone has the energy or the motivation to commit themselves to either go for a walk or take them self to the gym to work out.
What I do as a stress reliever is take myself gym and do a gym class or even do my fitness plan.
If you’re stressed at work in your lunch break, take a ten-minute walk, or either do it first thing in the morning, or even another thing I started doing is walk halfway home.
You can either go for a walk in the park. Helping put you in a state of meditation, which can be helpful and helps you with de-stressing.

2. Laugh

To stop all of that negative energy and keep stress away, replace all of that will positivity and happy moment. Moments that make you cry with laughter. Head over to youtube and search bloopers and funny videos.

You can even look through your videos and look at your happiest moments, which make you laugh out loud. All of these things do work. You can also watch funny tv shows or even movies that boost your mood. These are all simple way to help you de-stress, remember there are so many different options. Happy moments can be one of the life-changing ways to de-stress and reduce you anxiety, this is one of best ways to help with my de-stressing.

3. Breathe

Take slow, deep breath can be so helpful, even if it is just for short periods. This all can dramatically decrease any tension you are having. You can do this anywhere, this breathing exercise during your lunch break:

– Power 10 – take ten breaths. Focus on that feeling of stress and anxiety while you’re in inhaling and then release all of that when letting go while you exhale for 6 seconds.
– Heart boost – think of a moment in your life that you would say it one of the best moments you’ve experienced; this could either be one experience or many experiences. During thinking about these moments, inhale then release all of the negative feelings as you exhale. Pairing positive emotion with inhaling, your heart shift rhythms to improve your mental state.

4. De-Clutter the environment around you – Second most important of the Life-Changing ways to de-stress

You know when people say messy room = messy mind, clear mind = clean room. Let’s say if you continuously see messiness around you, it will affect the way you think and even your mood. Organise your life, first start with your workspace, because I know things do get messy when you’re working as you’re moving stuff around. But remember now and then take a little time out to reorganise your station then get back to work. Do the same at home; you can even add a scented candle to calm you down – instantly de-stressing you and reduce anxiety.

5. Visualisation

Short Visualisation can be quick a way to help get you centred. Just allows your self to get comfortable somewhere quiet. Then imagine yourself with a person who makes you happy or a place that makes you happy or even a thing that makes you happy.
If accomplishing a goal charges, you up, then imagine someone thanking you for completing it and giving them ideas and the inspiration.

Visualisation helps with a lot of things – Manifesting –

A great list of things here that will massively help with stress.

So often we don’t even know we are feeling stressed but I tend to have this continuous feeling of being overwhelmed. I find by stopping and assessing my surroundings, I can usually find a way to reduce this stress by just taking a few minutes to clear an area, to write a to do list or step away completely from whatever I am doing x
