Everyone has goals they haven’t met yet. We all want to achieve those goals, whether they are big or small. There are so many potentials solutions to achieving goals when you haven’t met them as yet.
You need to understand that failing to achieve your goals is very typical. Just need to find out what is going wrong and find your potential solutions to get to your goals. You should change your strategies, change the approach you are taking.
Failure is what pushes most people to become as successful as they are today.
For example, if individual companies like Airbnb and Apple all have failures and became successful from solutions to help them get to their goals:
Airbnb is a multi-billion dollar company which seems to come out of the blue overnight, but it’s not the case because Airbnb started up in 2008. Its struggled to find investors. There were many potential solutions for Airbnb to achieve their goals, but with a lot of persistence, the Airbnb team finally found the investment they needed to be able to build the empire, we all know today.
Apple is well known and is worth a massive amount. But In the early stages, Apple did experience failure; Steve jobs were rehired in 1997, the company was working at a loss and close to bankruptcy. After rebranding their campaign with a new MAC. Apple turned it around and became one of the biggest successful companies in the world. And look at them now, they have most likely exceeded their goals.
Both of these companies failed at one point; they worked through their problems and found potential solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Allowing them to deal with their obstacles to help achieve the goals they want to make. They had obstacles in achieving their goals, but with persistence, they kept going and became successful.
There are many potential solutions to help you achieve your goals:
Potential solution 1# Ask yourself whether your goals are genuinely reachable.
Sometimes, when we want to reach our goals, we put too much pressure on ourself, and we expect it all to happen straightaway.
Working overtime on things and giving yourself unrealistic goals can lead to disappointments and you burn out.
You need to make sure you set goals you know are attainable. For example, Let’s say you have a blogging and you have the desired goals of creating 2 valuable ebooks for your readers in one year, but you don’t publish one of them within the year.
This potential solution is a good way for you to figure out if the goal you’ve set for is reachable.
For that example, I would at least give myself a year for each ebook. Sometimes breaking down goals like this into small manageable chunk makes them more attainable, which can improve your business income as well if you meet the goal.
Potential solutions 2# – Take a look at where & what went wrong.
Things can get stressful when things don’t go the way you want them too. But one thing I have learnt is when things go wrong; I always try to figure out where it went wrong to see how I can improve.
Looking at how things when wrong can help you gather the ideas you need to change the process of how you are doing something. This is an excellent way to deal with obstacles in achieving goals. It allows you to reevaluate before getting back to doing what you’re great at doing and improving on it.
This is a time where you need to be completely honest with yourself because the details you find out now about where you believe you went wrong can help you in the long run.

Potential solution 3# Try and Try again.
Deciding whether or not to keep tackling your goals can be very hard at times because you can be at a point of just wanting to give up. There are different opportunities out there for you; these are opportunities that are more suited to you.
Its honestly sucks when things don’t plan out how you’ve planned it too. This can be one of the main obstacles in achieving your goals. But what I have come to realise is that most business owner at some point has failed in the business. They kept on going because they believed in their plan. Failing didn’t stop them, but it only encouraged them to try harder to achieve their goal.
For me, I have realised that working towards goals takes some time to start progressing. Don’t be scared if you know the purpose you have set out to do, doesn’t work for you. Because you can learn from that experience and just try again at something else you have passion for.
Potential solution 4# Take a different approach.
When you have plucked up the courage to reach that goal again, maybe approach it differently as you did last time. Using the same approach, the failed you last will not help you reach your goal and come out with a better outcome.
For this potential solution to achieving goals, I would take some time out to figure out what you have done and reevaluate your strategy of doing it. This will allow you to avoid making the same mistake you made last time.
You will learn better using this approach because you can change it and be ready to tackle the new strategy better from a completely different angle.
Potential solution 5# Refocus on what you are passionate about
We all know how sucky it feels to fail at something you are passionate about; I know the exact feeling.
It feels discouraging because your goals are super important to you. This feeling can stop you want to pursue your goals.
We have all been there, I have. When I was in that position, I had to remind myself why I set this goal for myself in the beginning, what am I trying to achieve.
My advice to you is to remember why you wanted to pursue those goals. It goes a long way to help you with your motivation to start over on whatever goal it is you are trying to achieve.

Potential solution 6# Eliminate all of your bad habits
Bad habits are what holds a lot of people back from being able to get to their goals. This is one of the main obstacles in achieving goals because it gets in the way of pursuing our hopes and dreams.
Everyone has hopes and dream that they want to achieve in their life. And everyone who has intentions of achieving anything valuable in life knows that they have to nip their bad habits in the buds.
It’s very hard to eliminate bad habits, but this potential solution to achieving goals can make you stronger in long run. It’s never going to happen quickly but it will happen over time.
Potential solution 7# Setting yourself daily goals
Daily goals are a good way to get yourself together and get your long term goals in progress. Many of us, struggle and lose sight of the bigger goals they have in mind. Having daily goals gets you one step closer to your goals when you are focused on it.
Every small milestone will get you to a bigger accomplishment that you’ve set for yourself. Even if it takes you up to 12 months for you to get to your goals. Or however long it may be, you’ll eventually get there.
Failing at a goal is not a great feeling. But one thing I have realised just because you have failed at it once doesn’t mean you can’t try again.
